PSA 2005 Exhibitior Invitation

Along with the conference there will be an exhibition in the adjacent hall where refreshments will be served to the delegates at all the lecture breaks. The exhibition will take place from the morning of Wednesday 21st September until evening on Thursday 22nd, with a wine mixer reception being held on the Wednesday evening in the exhibition hall, along with poster presentations.

The exhibitor package priced at £1100 will include 2m of space with table if required, admission for 1 delegate, a full set of lecture notes & CD and the company logo promoted on the PSA2005 website. Dear potential exhibitor,

May we draw to your attention some of the delegate feedback we received from our previous conference PSA 2003.

Several of the papers during PSA 2003 were presented from the experts representing commercial equipment suppliers. Some of these papers were highly regarded by delegates as they provided very informed presentations of the measurement techniques portrayed.

The technical committee wish to encourage such presentations from the experts of commercial organisations.

This presents an opportunity for these experts in such companies to come forward and present in-depth authoritative treaties on the science that underpins the measurement or other techniques and their application.

The committee wish that scientific rigour in all presentations be maintained and that any commercial or selling content be eliminated.

It is the intention of the organising committee to invite contributions to a “A Commercial Technical Forum” during the conference. A period of 10 minutes will be allotted to each speaker in order that the latest research, apparatus or service may be presented.

The Forum will be scheduled for 90 minutes following one of the days formal presentations have concluded. Full notice of the Technical Forum details will be posted on the PSA 2005 web site in due course. The Technical Forum held during PSA 2003 was very well attended.
